Return Window

You may submit a return request within 30 days after delivery. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, original packaging intact, tags attached. Chokers are wearable accessories. Items with obvious wear, stain, damage will be rejected.

Non-Returnable

Clearance / Final sale items.

Return Shipping

Buyer pays all return shipping cost. International return shipping fees are non-refundable. Return parcel must be marked Returned Goods, No Commercial Value.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please email us within 7 days after delivery, attach clear photos/videos. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting returned goods, refund will be issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing time may take extra days.

A 15% restocking fee (minimum $3 USD) will be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns. This fee covers inspection, handling and administrative costs. Restocking fee will NOT apply for defective, damaged or incorrect items shipped by us.
